I. NOTICE FOR OUR CLIENTS
- EzTransfer is applied to all Clients who registered to use EzTrade (Trading Online) and EzTransfer (Placing Transfer order via Internet) of FPTS.
- Clients can register to use EzTransfer by one of the following 02 options:
o Option 1: Registering directly at FPTS Counter
o Option 2: Register online via EzTrade (Please fill out the registration form Register for Money Transfer in the Account Information section).
II. RULES AND REGULATION
- In case Token Card is used, Clients can transfer money to any account in any bank in Vietnam.
- In case Token Card is not used, then for security reason Clients are allowed to transfer money only to their named account or the authorized account (registered by the Clients when applying for EzTransfer).
- All Clients using EzTransfer can transfer money to FPTS‘s account to buy rights, deposit auction, pay the expenses incurred from stock transaction or stock mortgage.
- Clients can place money transfer order at any time (24h/day and 7 days/week). Orders placed before 16:00 will be executed on the same working day. Orders placed after this time or placed at weekends, on holiday will be executed on the next working day.
- Clients can only transfer money in Vietnamese currency (VND).
Note: Based on the transaction regulations of foreign investors, Foreign investor can transfer the money only to the Capital Contribution Account (CCA) (or Foreign Indirect Investment Account) opened at a commercial bank.
III. GUIDE ON HOW TO USE
Step 1: After entering the EzTrade page, Clients need to Click on MONEY TRANSACTION menu and choose Money transfer:
Step 2: Place a transfer order:
Use the mouse or Tab key to move to next fields to fill out the following information:
1. The amount of money to be transferred: Clients must type the amount of money you need to transfer (Notice that you mustn’t use the space bar, comma or full stop between each number).
2. Use one of the following options:
2.1. Choose the registered account of the beneficiary, The beneficiary’s bank accounts will automatically appear (for Clients who registered some default beneficiary’s bank accounts before)
2.2. Choose money transfer form by clicking on “Select Money Transfer Form” and choose from a list of Money Transfer Forms (for Clients who saved these form before).
2.3. Fill full information of the beneficiary’s account.
3. Type remarks (if any)
Press "Reset" to re-type the above information.
Press "Submit" to finish the transaction.
Press “Save Form” to save information into Money Transfer Form.
Step 3: Confirm money transfer order
- Check the content of money transfer order again
- Enter the trading password to the blank box at the end of the screen (this password is also the trading password to buy/sell stocks)
- Press "Confirm" to finish the transaction.
Note:
o If the trading password is incorrect, the transfer order will not be completed
o If the transfer order is successful, the system will show the following message
o Simultaneously, the transferred amount and transfer fee will be blocked for Pending for settlement (see Cash Being Transferred from Cash Balance).
IV. MONEY TRANSFER STATUS
Choose Money Transfer History in Money Transaction menu
Money Transfer Statuses:
- "PENDING": The order is not processed and can be cancelled by Clients.
- "CANCELLED”: The order is no longer effective, the system unblocks the amount of money and transfer fee (if any)
- "INPROCESS": The order is processing at FPTS and cannot be cancelled at this stage
- "Rejected”: The order cannot be executed (for example: In case of internal transfer between accounts opened at FPTS, the beneficiary’s information is, however, incorrect). The system will unblock all amounts of money and relevant transfer fee.
- "Processed”: The order is already finished and the system formally cut the amount Clients wish to pay with correlative transfer fee off their account.
Note:
o It is not the responsibility of FPTS if the information given by Clients is incorrect, leading to the Bank’s refusal. In this situation, Clients will be responsible for any transaction fee payable (if any).
o With all foreign accounts, Clients can only transfer money to your named Bank Account for Investment Shares opened at a commercial bank.
V. MONEY TRANFER FORM CREATION
- This function allows Clients create money transfer forms to use easily next time. Each time Client wants to transfer money, he/she only needs to choose one form from the list of money transfer forms at the most rapid and accurate way.
- Clients who use Token Card and do not register Transfer Money to limited Beneficiaries can create money transfer form.
Choose one of the following options:
Option 1: From Money Transfer Form menu:
- Choose Money Transfer Form in Money Transaction menu.
- Fill all fields of Form, then press Update.
Option 2: Save Money Transfer Form from Money Transfer Order screen:
- From Money Transfer Form, Clients type full Beneficiary’s information, press “Save Form”.
- Type Sample Name as expected.
