Clients who registered to use EzTrade (trading online) at FPTS.
II. LOGIN USER GUIDE
Step 1: Clients can log in by:
Way 1: Accessing our homepage http://www.fpts.com.vn/ and click on the EzTrade icon
Way 2: Tying directly at the address https://eztrade.fpts.com.vn
Step 2: Type account number, login password and click Login
Note:
- Upon your first login: Typing the login password provided by FPTS, clicking Login, you will be prompted to change your login password for security.
- In case your password is forgotten or locked, Clients should contact the FPTS Customer Service Department by telephoning (84).24.377.370.65 (Hanoi) for password recovery assistance.
III. ONLINE ORDINARY TRADING USER GUIDE
After successful login, you can start to place Buy/Sell orders.
1. Time for receiving orders
- Start: from 19h00 on the preceding trading day.
- End: at the time Exchanges stop receiving matching orders:
o HOSE: 14h45
o HNX: 14h45
o UPCOM: 15h00
2. Placing orders
Way 1: Directly enter your Buy/Sell order on Order Form
Way 2: Place orders from the stock portfolio in Market Watch (read detailed Market Watch User Guide for reference)
3. Steps for placing orders
Step 1: Click on “ORDINARY ORDER” tab
Step 2: Input order information
Use mouse or Tab key to move to next fields to input order information
Note:
o Price unit is Vietnam DONG, please note that no hyphen, comma, nor full stop should be used in between numbers.
o When Clients choose Buy, the system will display available cash at “Cash Balance”. On the contrary, when Clients choose Sell, the system will display a list of available stocks with remaining quantity.
o The system automatically calculates “Max purchasable quantity” so that Clients can refer to buy a stock code with maximum remaining cash.
Step 3: Add orders to “Orders-To-Send” list
- After inputting full order information, please click “Add” to save them in “Orders-To-Send” list.
Note:
o Clients can add more than 1 order (by repeating Step 1 and Step 2) to “Orders-To-Send” list, so that many orders can be sent at the same time.
o Clients can delete orders from “Orders-To-Send” list by click on “Delete” button ( ) on appropriate row.
Step 4: Confirm and send orders
- After being sure of order information from “Orders-To-Send” list, Clients will type the trading password and click on “Confirm” button to send all orders to FPTS system in sequence.
Note: Clients should carefully see order status after sending orders to FPTS system: row highlighted by green color is success; row highlighted by red color is failure.
- To continue placing orders, Clients should click on “Refresh” button to update the latest status.
Note:
o Trading password:
§ If Token Card is used: Trading password is Token’s pass code (e.g 6 digits displayed on Token screen or PIN code plus 6 digits on screen in case Clients add PIN code- read Token Card User Guide)
§ If Token Card is not used: Trading password is a static one provided along with login password by FPTS.
o Change login and trading password
§ Click “Personal information” tab
§ Select “Change password”
IV. ONLINE MARGIN FUNDING SERVICE FOR LISTED STOCK PURCHASE (EzMargin)
Please read EzMargin User Guide in detail.
V. ORDER CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT
Note: Before Cancelling/Modifying the placed order, Clients should read “Intraday Trading Result” to know if the order is traded or not. For fully traded orders, cancel/modify orders are not valid.
1. Cancel an order
Step 1: Choose "Pending Order” tab
Step 2: Choose the order to cancel and put a check on the square button box in “Cancel” column
Step 3: Press “Cancel” button to cancel the selected orders
Step 4: Confirm to cancel the order
A pop up will appear to ask if you want to proceed with your cancellation
Click “Yes” to finish cancel process, otherwise “No”.
2. Amend an order
Step 1: Choose "Pending Order” tab
Step 2: Choose the order you want to modify and click on the round button in “Modify column”:
Step 3: Fill order information to modify:
Clients can modify both order price and quantity
Step 4: Click on “Confirm” to modify the order
Note:
- Successful cancel/modify orders depend on whether the original order is traded or not.
- You can use “Today’s Orders” to check your cancellation/modification status
- The system is currently supporting Clients to modify price of HNX stocks only ONE TIME. Therefore, if Clients want to modify the order again, you need to cancel the original order; then place a new order.
- To modify orders applying for stocks in HOSE, FPTS system will execute in turn:
(1) Cancel unmatched part of the orginal order
(2) Create a new compatible order after finishing step (1)
VI. REPORTS ON TRANSACTION AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
1. Reports on transaction information
1.1.Pending Order
- Display all pending orders of an account
- Order status:
o INPROCESS: the order is being processed at FPTS system (not sent to HNX/HOSE)
o ACCEPTED: the order is sent to HNX/HOSE and still not traded
o PARTLY TRADED: the order is partly traded
- To modify order: Tick in Modify box, a pop-up window will open for order modification
- To cancel order: Tick in Cancel box and Yes to cancel the order.
Note: Clients can not cancel/modify orders currently being processed in FPTS system.
- Clients can choose the display mode like: Exchange, Symbol, Sort by
- Press Update button to update report if there is a new order or a change in Display Mode.
- The report will be refreshed at the end of trading time and all data during trading time will be deleted from the report.
1.2.Intraday Trading Result
Display traded orders during trading time as soon as FPTS receives data sent from HOSE/HNX. The data will be deleted at the end of trading time, then transferred to “Matched Orders Pending for Settlement” report (as 1.4 below)
1.3.Today’s orders
- Order type:
o Add: place Buy/Sell order
o Modify: place Modify order
o Cancel: place Cancel order
- Status:
o INPROCESS: the order is being processed in the system (not sent to HNX/HOSE)
o ACCEPTED: the order is sent to HNX/HOSE and still not traded
o TRADED: the order is fully traded
o PARTLY TRADED: the order is partly traded
o CANCELLED: the order is cancelled
o MODIFIED: the order is modified
o REJECTED: the order is rejected
o EXPIRED: the order is not fully traded and expired
1.4.Matched Orders Pending for Settlement
- Display traded orders which are pending for settlement in detail: trading time, settlement date, advanced amount, mortgaged amount, received money (for SELL transaction)
- Click "Update" if there is a new order or you want to change display mode
1.5.Order Log
- Display all Clients’ trading activities (Buy/Sell, Cancel, Modify order in the past)
o ADD: place Buy/Sell order
o MODIFY: place Modify order
o CANCEL: place Cancel order
- Update data: at the end of trading time
- Clients can choose: Exchange, Symbol, Order status, Time period, sort by
1.6.Trade Log
- Display traded orders in a certain period of time
- Update data: at the end of trading time
2. Reports on Account Management
2.1.Stock Statement
- Display all open balance, debit/credit, remark, close balance in a certain period of time of stock account
- Clients can choose the time period at his/her discretion and click "Submit"
2.2.Cash Statement
- Display all open balance, credit/debit, available cash, close balance in a certain period of cash account
- Clients can choose the time period at his/her discretion and click "Submit"
Note: This report displays data in the last 3 months. If Clients want to receive data in a longer period of time, please contact the FPTS Customer Service Department for assistance.
2.3.Stock Balance
- Display total quantity, pending quantity and available quantity
2.4.Cash Balance
- Display total value, pending bid value, available value
2.5.Asset Report
- Display stock value and Clients’ available cash, pending cash (Stock value is counted according to market value of that stock)
Note: Available and pending stocks are included.
2.6.Performance
- Display stock portfolio which Clients are currently owning with quantity, cost value, latest traded price, market value, expected profit/loss (absolute number and percentage)
Lưu ý: Stocks include available ones, not pending ones.
2.7.Look up Depository Fee
- Display monthly Depository Fee.
3. Personal Information
- Help Clients change passwords, manage Token Card and change Client’s information.
