I. Users
· EzOddlot, an online service for selling shares in odd lot, is intended for investors with securities accounted opened at FPT Securities.
· Service time:
o At HNX: From 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
o At HOSE: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
o (From Monday to Friday, except for public holidays stipulated by the Labor Code)
II. User Instructions
Step 1: Log in EzTrade, an online securities trading service, at https://eztrade.fpts.com.vn (the same way as logging in EzTrade service to buy/sell stocks listed on HOSE and HNX).
Step 2: Select Special Transaction - Selling Odd Lots

The system will automatically display the list of your odd-lot stocks. After you select odd-lot stocks for selling, enter your trading password to send the order.

After you receive successful delivery message, you can navigate the Odd-lot Trading History to view your order status.

All information about your selling orders will be displayed in the Odd-lot Trading History: timestamp, stock, exchange, quantity, price, and status.
Order status
· INPROCESS: Your order is being processed by FPTS, you may cancel this order by simply clicking the “Cancel” button
· REJECTED: Your order was rejected by FPTS or the Vietnam Securities Depository
· CANCELLED: Your order was cancelled and not valid
· SENT: Your order has been sent to the Vietnam Securities Depository and your order is being processed (the time for order processing is normally 03 - 05 days).
· TRADED: Your order was completed and the proceeds have been credited in your account.
Notes
· The system will automatically search for any odd-lot shares in your account. An odd lot of shares is:
o Less than 100 shares on HOSE
o Less than 100 shares on HNX
· Selling price:
o On HOSE: The selling price equals the floor price of the sold share in the trading day.
o On HNX: The selling price equals the floor price of the sold share in the trading day.
· Money will be credited in your account only when the Vietnam Securities Depository and FPTS finish the deal.
